The Gurney gets an A++++ from me!! The staff are so friendly and the housekeeping so so efficent. I just made a call telling them I hadn't gotten my towels yet... the lady on the other end sounded so panicky... less than 30 seconds later.. I'm not kidding... I hardly breathed and I hear the ding-dong of the door. I open it to find a man holding out my towels ^^ so fast.....
